How do I create an introductory video?

You can record your video directly through our platform or upload one from your phone. To get started, log in and click Edit Videos in your profile.

• Choose a quiet location
• Ensure good lighting so you're clearly visible
• Check your background is clean and professional

• Dress as you would for an interview
• Avoid patterned clothing (they can appear blurry on camera)
• Ensure good grooming
• If wearing makeup, use powder to reduce shine

• Position yourself in the center of the frame
• Make eye contact with the camera
• Do a test recording to check audio and video quality
• Place bullet points on a post-it near the camera if needed
• Try to speak naturally rather than reading from a script
