1. Account Setup
Your Worklove journey begins with a personalized onboarding session.
We'll help you:
- Create your branded application page with a unique URL
- Configure your employer settings
- Create your first job posting
2. Creating Job Postings
Each new job you create automatically appears on your application page.
Our AI-powered system:
Add new positions to your application page:
- Click the "Create+" button to add a new job
- Edit existing jobs using the pencil icon next to each listing
- All jobs automatically appear in your application page's dropdown menu
3. Sharing your Application Page
Share your application page URL through:
- Job board listings
- Company careers page
- Direct candidate communications

4. Managing Candidates
Review and evaluate candidates through your dashboard:
5. Closing Jobs
When you've filled a role:
- Navigate to the jobs page
- Toggle the position status to Off
- The job will automatically be removed from your application page
This action prevents new submissions while maintaining existing candidate data.
